Do you have items in your pantry and fridge that you are unsure if you should keep or get rid of based on your dietary needs? Or have you ever reached for a food item out of convenience and have let other foods spoil simply because they were out of site? In this visit, we will assess the organization of and items in your kitchen and give you simple tools on maintaining a stress-free environment. What is included: 60 minute visit Pantry, Fridge, and Freezer Organization General Nutrition Questions *Note that this is not a medical visit, so personalized nutrition therapy is not included.
