About Chelsea

Chelsea is a Registered Dietitian who lives in Orange County California with her family. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from California State University, Long Beach, and completed her dietetic program at the University of Houston. She has been practicing as a dietitian since 2013 and has worked in various hospitals and clinics in the Orange County area.

Through Chelsea’s own health journey, she has developed a tremendous heart for those struggling. From chronic gastrointestinal disorders, body image, and infertility, she has fought to control her symptoms, while also striving to be well nourished. Through overcoming these struggles, Chelsea has seen first-hand how nutrition plays a significant role in the healing process and is passionate in helping others improve their quality of life.

One of Chelsea’s biggest passions is to help women overcome their struggles with infertility. For about 9 years she had no period and was misdiagnosed with PCOS. After being told IVF was her only solution to have children, she and her husband went this route, but it resulted in miscarriages. After stopping fertility treatment, she learned that she actually had Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (HA) and was able to recover her period and get pregnant naturally!

Now that she is recovered from HA and has become a mom, she wants to be able to share the proven science-based strategies that allowed her to recover her period and become pregnant, and give women hope that becoming a mom is not impossible!

Chelsea’s professional knowledge combined with her personal experiences allows her to guide her clients to optimal health with patience, empathy, and compassion.
